Peach & Tomato Caprese Salad
A Fresh & Delicious Play on Summer’s Best Flavors featuring BBFK Food’s Beet & Basil Sauce
Ingredients -
2 Fresh Peaches, Sliced
2 Fresh Tomatoes, Sliced
2 Fresh Avocadoes, Sliced
1 Handful of Fresh Arugula
Beet & Basil Sauce (or Avocado Goddess Sauce)
Flake Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper, To Taste
Microgreens for Garnish (Optional)
Method of Preparation -
Line plate with Arugula to create a bed for caprese salad.
Shingle peaches, tomatoes, and avocadoes in a linear or circular pattern on top of arugula.
Sprinkle flake salt and cracked pepper over vegetables, fruit, and arugula
Shake Beet & Basil bottle. Place two fingers over the top of the bottle and drizzle sauce over arugula and caprese salad to control sauce pour.
Top with microgreens over shingled vegetables & fruit.
Use serving spoon and fork to serve

If the Beet & Basil isn’t your preferred sauce, we recommend substituting with the Avocado Goddess sauce for a similar basil & herb forward flavor, or the Chickpea Ranch sauce to add a refreshing taste of dill, lemon, and herb to this revamped classic salad!
