Green Bean Salad

Ingredients -
1 bag Fresh Green Beans, Blanched, Picked, & Cut into Bite Sized Pieces
1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
3 Red or Watermelon Radish, Sliced
1/2 cup Cooked Chickpeas, Drained
1/2 Fresh Cucumber, Small Diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, Small Diced
Chickpea Ranch Sauce, To Taste
Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper, To Taste
Method of Preparation -
Prepare all vegetables separately.
Combine all vegetables in mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and cracked pepper over vegetables.
Shake Chickpea Ranch bottle. Place two fingers over the top of the bottle and drizzle sauce over vegetables to control sauce pour.
Mix lightly with a large spoon to coat with sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning and sauce to your liking.

If the Chickpea Ranch isn’t your preferred sauce, we recommend substituting with the Avocado Goddess sauce for a similar basil & herb forward flavor, or the Beet & Basil sauce to add a refreshing taste of basil, orange, and acidity to this refreshing summer salad!
